- Research Integrity & Compliance Review Office - The Research Integrity " Compliance Review Office (RICRO) provides assistance to researchers, staff, and the faculty oversight committees in maintaining an ethical environment for research and teaching activities.
- Sponsored Programs - Sponsored Programs serves Colorado State University faculty and staff in research initiation through assistance in identifying funding opportunities and with the submission of proposals, as well as in the administration of the University’s funded projects with contractual arrangements.
- Research Services - The mission of the office of Research Services is to provide innovative services for the research community that will enable and assist their research, instruction and diversity.
- Lab Animal Resources - The mission of Laboratory Animal Resources is to provide the highest quality animal care, at the lowest possible cost, for investigators who use animals in research at Colorado State University.
- Proteomics and Metabolomics Facility - The mission of the Proteomics and Metabolomics Facility is to serve as an enabling resource for research and development programs at Colorado State University.
- Infectious Disease Research Center (IDRC) - The mission of the Infectious Disease Research Center is to provide the highest quality research environment for developing new scientific discoveries, vaccines, methods of diagnosis, and therapeutic agents for infectious agents.
Areas of Excellence
- Programs of Research & Scholarly Excellence (PRSE) - Programs are awarded this designation because they have achieved great distinction and set a standard for excellence that may serve as a model for programs throughout the institution.
- University Distinguished Professors (UDP) - The highest academic recognition awarded by the University, bestowed upon no more than 13 full professors at any one time on the basis of outstanding scholarship and achievement.
- CCHE Programs of Excellence - Programs demonstrate long-term commitment to excellence and achievement of outstanding performance records. Designation as a CCHE Program of Excellence is a lifetime honor.
