There are many options at CSU to help you with your genomics research needs!

Self-Service Next Generation Sequencing at the MIP NGS Illumina Core

This option will likely be the least expensive and offer the fastest turn-around time for having data in hand.  It is a great option if you are:

  • able to generate your own libraries (access to instrumentation for library prep is available).
  • are able to perform your own data analysis and/or have existing collaborations with informatics scientists.

Full-Service Next Generation Sequencing at the CCTSI CU Denver Genomics and Microarray Core

This option is more expensive than self-service but is a great option if you:

  • would rather not prepare your own libraries.
  • need access to consulting and/or downstream informatics support.

Not sure which is right for you? Contact Mark Stenglein for more information.

Oligo synthesis and Sanger Sequencing services are also available to CSU researchers at reduced rates through agreements with IDT and GENEWIZ.
